Mountaintop Sports Performance is a sports performance and athletic training facility in Eden Prairie, MN, helping athletes ages 10–21 train with purpose and reach their potential. We specialize in speed, strength, explosiveness, athletic development, and individualized performance coaching for athletes who want to take their game to the next level.Led by Coach Matthew Montplaisir, our approach is personal, practical, and results-driven. Every athlete is coached as an individual, with training built around their goals, sport, experience, and current abilities. Whether an athlete is preparing for a new season, working toward college athletics, or simply looking to become faster and stronger, we provide the structure, coaching, and accountability to help them progress.
