Our roots go back to the early 1920s, when our founder’s grandfather arrived in America from Naples, Italy, with little more than a family dough recipe and a dream. He started small, baking rustic, wood-fired pizzas behind a neighborhood grocery store — selling them by the slice to local workers and neighbors who quickly spread the word.
